Erica Stefani has nearly 15 years of Real Estate experience in Australia combine that with her almost 10 year international real estate career in California and you have found one of the most experienced Real Estate agents around.

Erica joined Robert James Realty in 2014 and has worked closely with the Principal on both Sales and general Business Development. Erica is an integral part of our team and as helped develop the agency to the award winning brand that we are today. The connection between Property Management and sales has seen us recognised by Rate My Agent throughout the Sunshine Coast and winning multiple suburb awards for both Property Management and Sales.

Erica has an easy going nature and nothing is too much trouble and everything is always conducted with a smile no matter how difficult the task.

In 2008 Erica moved to Noosa from the beachfront community of Santa Cruz, California not far from San Francisco and the Silcon Valley. Erica began a career in Banking in 1993 but coming from a family of Real Estate Developers decided to get into Real Estate Sales and Investment.

From the years 2000-2007 Erica partnered with a Sales Broker and together with an assisting staff of 4 were the Top Producing Agents in Santa Cruz County generating $150 million in sales volume between 2000-2005, $26 million in sales for the year 2006 and $30 million in sales volume in 2007. After that Erica relocated to Australia she manages her own personal residential and commercial Real Estate Investments overseas as well as here in Australia and joined the Robert James Realty Team in 2014.
