Listings on The Move

A big congratulations this week to our sales specialist Anna Fraser, who saw a couple of her newest listings go under contract in quick succession. 24 Weyba Park Drive went under offer at the first  open home, to the first buyer who walked through the door. The  open home three days later also attracted several more interested parties wanting back up contracts on this home.

Is there a moral to this story? Absolutely! At Robert James Realty we urge our clients to subscribe to our database for early alerts  as listings become available. Often our agents will email their client lists and buyers before the listings hit the net.

The second point is don't get despondent about it! Contracts are only contracts until they go unconditional so express your interest to your agent and keep in touch.

Anna's other new listing, a block of land in Noosaville, is also currently receiving great interest with an overall surge in development applications and redevelopment interest in the Noosaville area. This particular site  was with another agent for quite a period of time, so to see Anna list and sell it so quickly is a typical demonstration of her marketing and negotiating prowess.
