A new financial year, a new mood from buyers in Noosa Real Estate Circles.

Agents from boutique property agency Robert James Realty are reporting an increase in the numbers of people looking to buy property in the Noosa area from both Brisbane and interstate. There is recognition that the sales volumes are lifting, they are watching the market go up and believe it is a good time to buy. There are also a number of downsizers who, as their own local markets turnover, are choosing to downsize or invest for later. Some of the requests our agents are dealing with are for specific lifestyle needs, such as ground floor apartments or land of a certain size to build on.
