Real Estate Auction News Real Estate Auction Update In the weekly real estate auction report, auctioneer Matthew Condon from Jason Andrew Auctioneers has provided some interesting statistics for auction activity across the Southeast corner. Essentially the figures support the feedback from the professional agents at Robert James Realty Noosa and Tewantin offices - there is increased buyer interest in the market at present. Of 45 auctions conducted by the group in the last week, 62% sold under the hammer. Property inspections were up by over 50%. Close to 40 property inspections on active campaign listings in the last 7 days generated selected offers prior to auction. The number of registered bidders has almost tripled since the same time last year. Watch this space for our own unique detailed reports on local area real estate statistics.
