The Robert James Realty brand launched in November and headed into 2013 with a sleek black presentation that turned heads, stylish new Noosaville offices by highly regarded architect Frank Macchia, and a fresh approach to Noosa Real Estate. That approach and commitment quickly attracted some of the most experienced and high profile agents and principals in Noosa. It was a delight to welcome property specialists from every pocket of our region – servicing the Hinterland to the Beaches.
The skills of the team saw a string of record breaking months in sales, with contracts being written on average, every day.
Then the market leading innovations began to roll out. Robert James Realty introduced some innovations to the landscape that are unprecedented in how effectively vendors can deliver their properties to the market. Innovation needs to be backed by purpose and the purpose of the RJR strategy was to deliver on better affordability yet better exposure.
Our social media specialist quickly set about engaging with a rapidly growing audience across multiple channels. In addition to Facebook, the company pinterest page found a fan base . The Robert James Realty youtube channel was recognised as a vehicle to not only showcase property but offer free information and advice – take a look at the humorous animated cartoon on agent tactics.
The Black Book hit the stands in November – The Robert James Realty monthly magazine is a one of a kind, published with a unique format.The distribution was such a success, a second run was required.
The RJR APP launched in November in conjunction with the magazine – the RJR digital magazine is updated weekly with fresh stock, available in itunes and google play.
