Tenant qualifiction and Screening
The team follow a strict set of criteria on tenant selection, within the guidelines of non discrimination and the legislation, including documentation, proof of ID, rental history, rental references and proof of income.
Our in depth screening process begins at the very first point of contact and continues throughout the inspection and application process. The landlord has the option to decide on the most suitable candidate for their property.
